Dairycap came into the market with perfect timing, setting up just as South Africa's yoghurt boom began. Tony Dignam and Robyn Adamou, both of whom have dairy backgrounds, realised there was a gap in the marketplace for an alternative source of decorative foils, a packaging trend much on the increase in Europe.
